Scroungymoose Pizza in Kemmerer

Great pizza...and even better customer service. I was in Kemmerer for work over a very wintery week. Me and some coworkers stopped in to eat. We didn't realize it was for take out or delivery only. The owner gave us some recommendations for other eat in restaurants in town. But, as we were leaving, the owner said that if we changed our minds, he'd brave the blizzard to bring pizza to our hotel on the other side of town. As was our luck, because of the storm, some of the restaurants were closed. Now back on the other side of town, we decided to give SM a call. They were delighted to take our delivery order, and promptly brought over 2 of the best pizzas! I'll be ordering from them again!!

Its good pizza not great but this is the frist pizza place, i have ever seen that don't except any credit card .In there flyers or when I called in the order nothing was said that they don''t except credit cards .Just a big inconvenience i'll just go to another pizza place. The pizza not worth the inconvenience. Plus it's hard to find the place it's over growen with tree's very little sign, I drove passed it 2 times.

It's been a few years since I have eaten here, but I still crave their pizza. So I had to write a review. The crust is like no other I have had. It is light and crispy, toppings are delicious and sauces are excellent. If you are in or near Kemmerer, this is a must, you will not regret it! I may have to drive up there this summer just to get a pizza.

Very rude. Went to see if they had a bathroom and owner came out and said don't go anywhere unless you ask. I said I just wanted to use the bathroom and he said we don't have one.

Seriously authentic pizza. You can taste the passion and hard work. This person Likes to create this product it seems.

Scroungy Moose Pizza has the best pizza in town.

This pizza is one of the best around. If you like white sauce, chicken and garlic, this is hands down the best pizza you will have. Also has green onions and mushrooms on it. The pepperoni with the blend cheese, is another family favorite. Love this place.

We had the Yukon and it was delicious. Crust is nice and crispy

An excellent oasis in the highland desert of WY. It were a bit skeptical at the building, but what a pleasant surprise. They were very polite, and the pizze was amazing. The prices were great too. I have no clue why there is a Pizza Hut in the area - Scroungy Moose is all that place needs.

Take out only pizza. 1-man operation so I would call and pick up the pizza. Almost went with Pizza Hut, so glad I didn't. You can get Pizza Hut almost anywhere. You just can't beat homemade pizza!

Stopped here when we were passing through town. It's a cute privately-owned take out pizza parlor. Has a homey feel with DELICIOUS pizza and a very kind and helpful owner! Very excellent, would definitely recommend to any and everyone in and/or passing through town!

Highly recommend the Yukon. Only negative is its cash or check only and to go. But definitely excellent pizza

This place was GREAT! Skip the Pizza Hut! If you are staying in Kemmerer or even just passing through, you should definitely stop here. Owner is super friendly and pizza is so delicious and fresh! It is cash only and take out only.

Went to get pizza the guy makes good food but acts like a person can't count back money and tips himself instead of counting your change back properly especially when u planned on tipping him . You don't mess with peoples money ...

Wow! Good pizza. A top 10 in my book. Get the Wapitifor sure. I'm tempted to drive back to Kemmer to get this pizza! Owner is fantastic as well.

A little hidden gem. Great pizza! Wonderful owner! He had a great collection of photography from all the wonderful places he has hiked. Owner was working by himself, so you may have to wait, but it is worth it, way better than any old pizza hut pizza. So glad we gave it a shot and tried even though we almost missed it behind the trees. Thanks scroungy moose!

Awesome pizza, definitely beats pizza hut. Small town pizza joint with a small town feel, and the owner is awesome. He saw my dog in the back of my truck and brought him out some Canadian bacon as a treat...this guy has my business for life. Always my first choice.
